Has anyone seen an advertisement that helps people visualize how CP works? Has animation been considered? (The Simpsons is our nation's longest running sitcom for a reason.)

Here's an animated clip that won over Minnesota voters in support of Instant Runoff Voting, a policy issue arguably wonkier than CP.

Maybe a more explicit link between congestion pricing and NYC secession should be emphasized.

Dear Upstate Legislators:

Pass congestion pricing, or the "gravy train" leaves without you!

Memo to my councilperson and state legislators: I am going to watch your vote on this. And I am going to remember it FOREVER. Vote against congestion pricing and you will never, ever get another vote from me again.
