		<description>Sounds good to me, with a couple of additions.

1) The city borrowed lots of money to repair the East River Bridges.  Along with the CP revenues, the bridges and debts should go to the TBTA.

2)  I like the Sun idea of a free trip every month (I&#039;d say two weeks) for EZ-Pass holders.  It would shut up the going to the doctor crowd.

Another problem -- still an incentive to head for the free bridges on the weekend.</description>
