I haven&#039;t seen too many anti-pricing arguments &quot;fall away&quot; though.  That&#039;s just an attempt to create a false reality.</description>

		<description>Having been trained to provide facts to decisionmarkers in the public sector, I left when it sunk in that no one cared about facts, and decisions aren&#039;t made.  Deals are made, followed by non-decisions to continue to favor those with deals.  So why bother producing the information?  The best thing I ever did for the city was save it my salary.
