I still object to restricting congestion pricing to Manhattan—residents of the outer boroughs suffer from extreme congestion and pollution, and the current plans offer no relief.

And we should ALL insist on strict traffic enforcement throughout NYC; enforcement is non-existent now. Cars and trucks routinely do 45 to 55 mph. on city streets where the speed limit is 30 mph. We could collect ten times the revenues congestion pricing promises by instituting a zero-tolerance traffic enforcement policy, and this would offer many other benefits as well.
