Alice Liddell is a Policy Analyst with Environment Northeast (ENE), working out of ENE's New Haven office. Her work focuses on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), an emissions trading program from Maine to Maryland scheduled to start in 2009, diesel emissions reduction, and creation of ENE's Climate Change Roadmap.
Ms. Liddell will discuss the framework of ENE's Climate Change Roadmap for New England and Eastern Canada, and its emissions trading and energy efficiency policies.
She has worked in environmental policy research, analysis and advocacy, and received her Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Previously she worked with Industrial Economics, Inc., an environmental and economic consulting firm in Cambridge, MA providing policy analysis and strategic planning for US EPA water and air quality programs and litigation support for the Department of Justice.
