Others want to increase the payroll tax for social security. Why not the income tax? Because retirees pay income tax at the federal level, but not in NY. I think they've supported the Cross-Harbor Tunnel and Gowanus tunnel in the past. Are the Second Avenue subway, ARC and LIRR-Grand Central also "holes in the ground" that "those how rely on mass transit" don't need? Doesn't the city rely intensely on holes in the ground every day? Then, waking up again after the doctor cut off the right one, he told the doctor he wanted to sue. The doctor informed him he couldn't do that since he didn't have a leg to stand on.
