		<description>I get furious every time I think of that case.

On the sidewalk outside the building where I work, for months now, contractors have left a long row of dumpsters that take up more than half of the sidewalk.  Does the city care about that?  No.  But having to squeeze yourself past dumpsters is just fine; while having to get around a standing human being, well, that&#039;s just right out of Dante&#039;s Inferno.</description>
