But you don’t want an over-built solution either! If the same ends can be achieved without constructing intrusive infrastructure, that’s the way to go.

It say even more if the New York Building Congress were to take a very active roll in reinventing this town as the world’s premiere bike-friendly city in concert with and or in addition to DOT efforts.
