You are invited to a special breakfast featuring Congressman Anthony Weiner, who will join City Hall for an On/Off the Record breakfast to discuss alternative transportation and the future of New York. The event will feature a wide-ranging half hour interview with Weiner on that topic and several others, as well as a half hour off the record Q&A with the audience.
