The Port Authority's Traffic Safety Improvement Program (TSIP) provides a systematic process by which traffic safety improvement opportunities are identified, prioritized, implemented and evaluated. This process also guides the Port Authority to exercise due diligence to provide a safe roadway system, improve traffic level of service, reduce congestion caused by roadway incidents, as well as minimize liability risk.
