Because the Bronx is a bad neighborhood and no one wants to go there, so they want to move to New Jersey. Some may have forgotten, but I haven't. Bronx pols demanded that the city pay up to keep the Yankees. They should have offered to send a bus to take them across the river. I was hoping New Jersey would pony up so we wouldn't have to.
