What are they supposed to do on game days? Get the the h**** out of the garages? Who's more important? We have always assumed that this was Bloomberg's "slide" into the congestion pricing bug he's got in his head. Let's keep Manhattan's air clear, but screw the other boroughs. They've already got asthma; what's a little more? In a city with such smart people, we wind up with thugs running the city. Let's just assume for a moment that residents do use the parking garages.
