Their "Call-a-Bike" program is run by the railroad, Deutsche Bahn (DB) and is even better than the Paris system as you don't have to go to a "dock" to find a bike. Just call DB on your cell phone, tell them where you are, and they will direct you to the nearest bike via GPS. You need a credit card, and then you have an account that is associated with your cell number. Very slick....a "Zip Car" for bikes!
