		<description>Interesting that the rally is being led by the Neighborhood Retail Alliance&#039;s Richard Lipsky, who in another role is a shill for Bruce Ratner&#039;s &quot;Atlantic Yards,&quot; the mother of all traffic-generating, street-clogging, asthma-causing (and let&#039;s not forget, taxpayer-cheating) development projects.

Must be nice not to be hindered by a conscience.  It&#039;d only get in the way of a paycheck.</description>
