		<description>Manhattan Community Board 5, which covers 14-59 Sts from Lex to 8th Ave, overwhelmingly passed a resolution in support of Congestion Pricing last night.  CB 2 has also passed a resolution in support of the concept and CB 8 is expected to vote on the resolution in support of it next week.  Are the Community Boards more in touch with the wishes of residents than the local elected officials?</description>
