It was also kind of strange when IBM started making personal computers, but the when the reality sinks in about the dire urgency to cut down on material waste things will start to happen.  (&quot;When everything thing else fails reason prevails.&quot;)

Developed world hybrid human-electric transport and transit will require substantial industrial design to fit the bill but are most likely quite feasible for urban and even long range implementation.

(Though, Chevy probably doesn&#039;t have a clue at this point.)</description>
