Or is the end of the 9-5 job and the end of the 5-day workweek the solution?

I forsee a future where commerce is 7 (not 5 days) a week 16 hours a day and workers only have to work a 4 day work week with staggered schedules.

The archaic 9 to 5 workweek is the problem.
