F express from Jay St to Church Ave, after which it goes local. V train extended local from 2nd Ave, where it ends now, to Church Ave. G train extended local from Smith/9th St, where it ends now, to Church Ave. Something like that. Connection between G and F at 7th Ave, between G and V at all local stops. No connections/local service would be lost.

What will happen with the G then? No F connection? I'm for an F express but I just don't think it is a super easy thing to implement (I do hope I am wrong though)
