After an hour long discussion, CB8 Passed a resolution 10-4 in support of the Mayor's congestion pricing plan.

CB8 also approved the bike lane on 90th street and objected strongly to running a bike lane through a car-free street on 91st between Second and Third. The board proposed instead a route from 89th to Third Ave and then north to 91st and across to Fifth and then down to 90th to connect with the Central Park loop.
