The ferry to Governors Island leaves from Battery Maritime Building, Slip 7 directly east of the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. Free ferry service starts at 10 a.m. (visit the Governors Island Preservation and Education Corp. for more info).

The CUNY exhibition is located in the eastern part of Building 110. It is the first building on the right at the top of the hill. The CUNY Lecture Series is located in Pershing Hall and is a two-minute walk from the ferry terminal on Governors Island. Make a left at the first intersection and follow the signs to Pershing Hall (building 125).

This is part of the CUNY Climate Change Science Lecture Series and Exhibition on Governors Island.

CUNY is proud to present its second annual science lecture series and science exhibition on Governors Island. The exhibition will be open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, starting June 2 and ending September 2. These events are part of a nation wide effort led by Focus the Nation, which will coordinate faculty and students at U.S. colleges, universities, and high schools to engage in a nationwide discussion centered around the theme of "Stabilizing the Climate in the 21st Century."
