I can see this "park ing space" from my living room window so I welcome it. I park in DUMBO so I dread it. I look to the day an 18 wheeler comes down Water Street and takes out a potted plant trying to make the very tight left turn onto Pearl Street. I hope the grad students spent more than 15 minutes at the site to accumulate data about it. Thanks DOT, really!! I am truly looking forward to it despite my tone. But hey, while your at it; put a block of parking on Water Street between Bridge and Jay Streets to compensate for the loss.
