		<description>The petty, nasty bitterness over parking privilege abuse is the last straw in making me PRO-congestion pricing.  It seems (SEEMS, folks) that NYPD is retaliating against the all the recent attention to parking abuse by enforcing even less.  I always feared that, and it&#039;s why I was not enthusiastic about uncivilservants.org.  Perhaps congestion pricing is a better way to make the public costs of driving truly equitably shared, rather than subject to b.s. such as corrupt enforcement.</description>

		<description>Giving up the JFK Rail Link is an acceptable sacrifice. The Skytrain and A train already provide a transit link, and to many more destinations than one in lower Manhattan. The A train should be upgraded with plush seats, its cars and stations retrofitted for baggage, some stops skipped, and voila. There&#039;s our Link.</description>
