Re City Council: Glad to see that Liu and Monserrate are on the right side of these issues.  It doesn&#039;t say anything about whether Monserrate&#039;s plan eliminates the bridge ban, but since he says he wants pedicabs in Queens I assume it does.

Re parking: This is another unnecessary garage that the City EDC is foisting on a transit-rich neighborhood.  Is it controlled by &quot;bike commuter&quot; Doctoroff?

Re gay cars: As far as I know the only form of transportation associated with transvestites is those &quot;historical trolleys&quot; that are really buses in drag.  I hate to admit it, but it&#039;s an apt comparison.

And I hate to say it, but anyone who rents an SUV for a date when they&#039;ve got a perfectly usable convertible sports car is a total loser.  And an Angeleno.</description>
