According to the plan Seattle only has 39 miles of "trails" (Class 1s). They plan on increasing that to 41 in the short term and only 59 in the long term. Does anyone think Seattle will be a bike friendly city without protected lanes? Are they being slammed by the bike people there for not having vision?
