		<description>Now if Primeggia were proposing to make Sixth and Seventh Avenues one-way southbound for a few blocks, then change to one-way northbound for a few blocks, and so on throughout the Slope, that might bring the increased safety that he proposes.  He could do that on Eighth and Prospect Park West too.

I&#039;d support it as long as the buses and cyclists got to keep traveling in the same direction.</description>

&lt;p&gt;Might I add a personal anecdote about our StreetFilm: when we were getting the speed gun ready a car blazed by that must have been going 45-50 mph.  I kid you not - it actually &quot;shook the air&quot; while we were standing on the curb.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mr. Primeggia should perhaps walk around the two Avenues during a typical rush hour - I wonder if he did, I wonder if anyone from DOT did.  It is all the evidence one needs.
