This would be a good time and place to ask why the speakers and economists Nicholas Stern, Joseph Steiglitz, and Jeff Sachs are not broadly advocating large scale elimination of cars from the world’s major cities providing immediate benefit to the inhabitants and users of these cities and provide a clear path for large scale mitigation of human induced climate change.
