		<description>Wow, how nice that he responded! This alone is a sign that things might well improve in this single block in the future. However, I don&#039;t buy the excuse. The lane was full of snow for the full block, not just at the corner. (I have a picture from the other end that I didn&#039;t post.) 

As noted in the comments on the original post, this lane was hardly alone in being a snow-impeded bike facility. There is a systemic problem.</description>
