The City Council transportation committee, chaired by Councilman John Liu, will hold a hearing on Int 199-2006, a Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to modifying Department of Transportation performance targets and indicators towards the goal of reducing traffic congestion citywide. This is sponsored by Council Members Brewer, Comrie, Foster, James, Mark-Viverito, Palma, Recchia Jr., Sanders Jr., Seabrook, Vacca, Vann, Mendez, Gerson, Nelson, Koppell, Reyna, Lappin and Arroyo.
