Check out the 1930 map of Blighted neighborhoods hanging on the first wall to the left as you enter the exhibit.
All of Park Slope is included as Blighted.
Banks were still Red-Lining the Slope when we went hunting a house mortgage in 1978.
Guess we now know where Ratner got his Blighted designation from.
