Wow - Sports can exist outside of a regimented league or organized play-time by parents? Who would they sue if someone got injured?

My girlfriend likes to watch the "Dog Whisperer". He lives by three simple rules:

First, dogs needs lots of exercise. Without that, they will be hyperactive all the time and act aggressively.

Second is discipline against misbehavior

Third is lots of affection at all other times.

I would say this applies to kids too.

This little vignette has enormous relevance to the City's gowing effort to fight obesity. how to get kids more active? just give them room and a little spark.
