		<description>All these flat fix deaths are avoidable. Whether you have AAA membership or not, the city should tow any vehicle to a safe place for free, particularly in areas with a narrow shoulder. Drivers should stay put and call for help if they have a cell phone.

The other alternative which I wouldn&#039;t be opposed to is to make shoulders big enough to be safe, which almost none are in NYC.</description>
