		<description>I was referring to the utter lack of any action/annoucement/planning/engagement with the community to make any real bike lanes up and down First and Second or crosstown from the QBB or up near the Central Park loop entrances at 72nd and 90th.

The plane hitting the building on 72nd is just bizarre. UES has also been getting all these strange auto accidents/high speed chases lately.</description>
