The event is an international one. In Oregon, 90 schools and over 20,000 kids participated. The Bicycle Transportation Alliance and Willamette Pedestrian Coalition deserve a lot of credit for making it happen.

The best news for me that day was that one of our Safe Routes to School elementary schools had 298 kids walking and biking to school. 75% of their students!!!

Thanks for helping to get kids walking and biking in New York.
