I am starting to really think that a big bang approach is what needs to be done. All of these projects need to be bundled together into an energy/traffic/greenhouse gas reduction law to fend off the special interests from killing them individually. Oh, and <a href="http://www.theoildrum.com/story/2006/8/7/0444/09798" rel="nofollow">Prudhoe Bay</a> is shutting in 400,000 barrels a day as they are experiencing pipeline issues.
