		<description>I did a short summary over at [The Oil Drum NYC http://nyc.theoildrum.com/story/2006/7/28/81042/4465] about the Hudson River Tunnel. It really opens up a lot more capacity for NJ Transit. 

Hopefully the new light rail stops it connects to Manhattan will become new small walkable towns with shops, restaurants, some density and provide a park &amp; ride option for more suburban folks to use instead of driving into town.</description>
